Vincent Michael Erb is a licensed Insurance agent with a focus on providing “safer money options” to clients. He started his business in 2002 but has been in the financial services industry for much longer. Vince is dedicated to changing the lives of others for the better by helping them acchieve their long-term financial goals. He established Retirement and Insurance Services of Florida, LLC to help individuals and families eliminate as much confusion as possible in planning their financial future. He grew up working in his parents’ gas station and garage in New York, and has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
In 1985, Vince was shocked to discover some of the simple fundamentals of money management, like Rule of 72 and compound interest. If these concepts were foreign to him, an engineering and technology student with three levels of calculus, then many others, he figured, would face the same level of difficulty. In 2002, after being laid off from Lucent Technologies, he returned to the financial services industry. Since then, he has only offered clients “safe money” practices to help them pursue their goals.
Vince is a registered member of the National Ethics Association. In addition, he does everything he can to stay on top of industry rules and regulations, and attends 6-8 conferences a year for agent/product training. Vince is a hard-worker, funny, kind, and humble. When not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family; he is the proud father of three children.

I believe the most powerful wealth isn’t just about a number—it’s about security, legacy, and the confidence to live fully. My practice is built on a philosophy of “safer money choices,” helping clients navigate a complex financial world with strategies designed for stability and strength. In a culture often focused on high-risk, short-term gains, I focus on the opposite: building resilient, long-term prosperity. My mission is to help you build a financial foundation that is not only strong enough to withstand market volatility but also positioned to provide lasting peace of mind.
My specialization lies in forward-thinking wealth preservation, with a sharp focus on proactive tax planning. Many financial plans overlook the erosive power of taxes, which can quietly undermine even the best-laid plans. I operate at the intersection of wealth management and tax efficiency, ensuring these two critical pieces speak the same language. This approach allows us to strategically protect your assets, optimize your retirement income, and ensure that your hard work benefits you and your family, not just the tax collector.
When I’m not analyzing tax codes or designing legacy plans, you’ll most likely find me in my kitchen. As an amateur chef, I find that financial planning and cooking have a lot in common: both require patience, quality ingredients, and a thoughtful plan to get the best results. My other full-time job is managing my “furmily”—two dogs and two cats who keep life joyful and chaotic. This blend of precision at work and creative passion at home constantly reminds me that the purpose of a great financial plan is, quite simply, to create a life you love.

Giving Back To
Our Community
We understand that not everyone out there is as fortunate as we are. As a result, at Retirement and Insurance Services of Florida, LLC, we believe in the importance of giving back to our community. We take several approaches to this: Fundraisers, charity events, etc. To do this, we collaborate with multiple charitable organizations here in Florida, and work to maintain those partnerships.
Get in touch with us if you have any questions about the events we host.
Or, if you think there’s a local charity that needs our help, you could also reach out to us regarding that. We’d be happy to look into it.
